Status Quo

Alas, I have been quite remiss in my blogging duties, however how many times can you say "Went snowboarding. Epic day! Worked, worked, worked." After what was turning into the most epic winter in a century, February was a bit of a disappointment. Normally quite cold, this February was warm and sunny. Days in the mid-thirties. Nights in the teens. We have already seen a couple of days in the forties and even the fifties and all of the snow on the south side of homes and on the streets has melted. It was a wet and muddy February. The skiing/boarding/sliding on snow has been quite nice. Soft, fluffy snow and a little new snow now and then when it rained in 'Bondale. The warm weather has facilitated the early appearance of spring sports. There have been a plethora of road bikers and quite a few runners about. I have been shopping for recumbent trikes so that I can commute to work, hopefully trimming this desk job, over forty, paunch that has appeared. It is still a bit chilly to be riding to work at 6 a.m., but there are clothes for these things.
